AGREEMENT:

-It is understood and agreed to that the workday begins upon the performer’s on set signing in based on his/her

given call time (if late, the workday begins upon such time as the performer signs in) and that time spent in

WR/hair/make-up is inclusive in calculating the agreed upon work hours. Furthermore, neither time spent in travel

to and from the set, nor time spent eating meals, is inclusive in calculating the workday hours.

-It is understood and agreed to that a foreign version of a given TV commercial does not constitute a new

commercial whereby additional compensation is due. A foreign version is the same commercial in terms of the

specified campaign merely changed due to scenes swapped for cultural fit, announcer copy translation, and/or an tag change
